Convenience Store Property at 15th and Northampton Streets in Wilson Borough Sold for $2.5 Million

A convenience store and gas station in Wilson Borough has been sold for $2.5 million, according to Northampton County records.

That’s about 40% above the selling price of the 15th and Northampton streets site in 2021.

The county recorded the sale of 1507-1517 Northampton St. on March 2.

The site is home to an Express Mart, and also sells Zig-Zag rolling papers, pre-rolled smoking cones (unfilled cigarettes), and other tobacco and smoking-related products.

The buyer is Shree Varniraj Investment LLC, and the seller was ANVI0917 Inc. The property was last sold in 2021 for $1.8 million.
