Former Two Rivers Brewing Site in Easton Sold for $800,000

The former Two Rivers brewing site in Easton has been sold for $800,000, according to Northampton County property records.

Two Rivers Brewing closed in 2025 after a little more than 12 years.

The new owner is a limited liability corporation (LLC) named for the address, 542 Northampton St. The LLC is based nearby at 60 N. Third St. in Easton.

The four-story building used to be known as the Mount Vernon Hotel, and some still call it that. It contains 11,500 square feet of gross floor area, according to county records. The State Theatre is nearby, a point brought up during the sales process, along with Easton’s restaurant scene.

A real estate ad on LoopNet listed the price at $899,000. Here’s how the property was described:
