The Cozy Corner Cafe & Restaurant is bringing European-style dining to Bethlehem.

The restaurant opened earlier this year at 216 E. Broad St. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but the menu is very interesting.

From the restaurant’s website: “Cozy Cafe & Restaurant in Bethlehem, PA, offers a refined Modern European dining experience with a French-inspired, elegant dinner service set in a rustic, antique ambiance. Our thoughtfully curated menu accommodates a wide range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.”

For hours and the complete menu, see the Cozy Cafe’s website.

Here are some items highlighted by the business: “Cozy Rib Eye Burger and Falafel Burger, along with freshly baked homemade bread. We also offer dairy-free, nut-free, and soy-free selections. Using mostly organic ingredients, we focus on creating flavorful, food-tolerant dishes in a warm, cozy, and classy atmosphere.”

I like the note about freshly baked bread because it goes with the European motif. Other menu items include falafel bites, creme brulee, along with Wagyu beef, chicken, plant-based and lamb burgers. Some of the entrees: grilled salmon, steak frites, steamed mussels and chicken cordon bleu. Lunch and dinner platters are available.
