Lower Saucon Township will review a plan for 19 townhouses on an 8.35-acre tract just west of Route 378 next week.
The plan for 19 single-family attached homes at 3679 Old Philadelphia Pike, across from the township municipal building, will go before the Zoning Hearing Board on Sept. 28.
The developer is One More Steel City, a limited liability corporation with a Bethlehem address that is shared with Tuskes Homes.
One More Steel City is seeking several zoning variances, including one for lot size. The application says 10 acres are required, leaving the property a little more than 1.5 acres short. There is one home on the property now.
The building site has frontage on Old Philadelphia Pike, not on Route 378.
The Lower Saucon Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 28, in Town Hall, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike. Agendas are subject to change. Check the township website closer to the date.
