Post Road Management, a real estate firm based in Northampton County, has combined with JEMCO Management, expanding the two firms’ services in Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley.
A joint statement from the businesses did not disclose financial terms.
“… the combined entity will oversee a robust and rapidly growing portfolio approaching 500 residential units and active development projects throughout the Philadelphia market,” according to the statement.
“Philadelphia is a market where local knowledge and consistent execution matter,” Borko Milosev, chief executive of Post Road Management, said in a press release. “This merger builds on our work in the city and strengthens the operating platform behind our investments. Our priority is disciplined property management and continued improvement in the communities we serve.”
Post Road Management was founded in 2011. It is a real estate investment and management company, focused on multifamily properties.
JEMCO has a “focus on safe, affordable housing and quality residential environments,” the statement said.
Post Road is based in Hanover Township, Northampton County, while JEMCO’s office is in the Hanover Township in Lehigh County.
