St. Luke’s University Health Network’s work on public improvements at the offices going up at Farmersville Road and Easton Avenue in Bethlehem Township may be winding down.
“The remaining work items are limited in scope, and the Developer is confident that all outstanding improvements will be fully completed by the summer of 2026,” according to a letter to the township from Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, an Allentown law firm that represents “the Developer.”
The developer is listed by the deft moniker of TSV-HPIII Lehigh Valley, based in Lehighton, but St. Luke’s is going to occupy the buildings.
The township and TSV etc. have been at odds over a retaining wall and some other issues, but an agreement to be considered at Monday’s Board of Commissioners meeting notes “the parties have engaged in settlement negotiations and have agreed to resolve the pending appeal amicably … “
The developer is also seeking an extension through Aug. 30 for the completion of the public improvements. The original deadline was Sept. 30, 2025.
The Bethlehem Township Board of Commissioners will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 20, at the municipal building, 4225 Easton Ave.
See the township website for details and for a link to a web broadcast of the meeting.
