Bethlehem Township’s Planning Commission will review Notre Dame High School’s master plan and an expansion at Country Meadows next week.

No other details are posted as of now on the agenda for Monday.

Country Meadows of Bethlehem at 4025 Green Pond Road is a retirement home, not far from Notre Dame, 3417 Church Road.

At a meeting in March 2025, the township Planning Commission considered proposals from Country Meadows and the school.

Country Meadows sought to consolidate properties at 4009 and 4015 Green Pond Road, and a representative said “no improvements are proposed, the structure on the property was recently grazed and the property will be used for open space for the foreseeable future.”

The agenda posted on the township website does not indicate if those properties are part of the expansion.

At the same meeting, Notre Dame presented its plan to replace its old fieldhouse and build a new one.

The Bethlehem Township Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24 at the municipal building, 4225 Easton Ave.

Here are the two items:

NEW BUSINESS

  • County Meadows Expansion – Site Plan
  • Notre Dame High School Master Plan – Sketch Plan

Agendas are subject to change. Check the township website closer to the meeting date.
