Upper Nazareth Township will send a letter to Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection, “objecting to Hercules Cement Co.’s (Buzzi Unicem’s) request for exceptions to the Clean Air Act in regards to emissions of nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds at its Stockertown plant.”
