A 54-unit apartment complex on Easton Avenue in Bethlehem that opened in 2025 has been sold for $16.6 million, according to Northampton County property records.
The Bethlehem Commons apartments are at 2895-97 Easton Ave., the former Kospia’s garden center. Offices were once planned for the site, but the City of Bethlehem approved in 2023 the apartment plan presented by developer Domenic Villani and John Tallarico.
The apartments cost $1,950 monthly for one-bedroom units and $2,100 for two-bedrooms, according to a real estate ad.
At the price of $16.6 million, each unit is valued at about $307,000.
The apartments are across the street from the shopping center anchored by Giant, also home to Vic’s Bagels, Chopstix Express and other retailers.
Northampton County recorded the sale on Sept. 22. The buyer is Bethlehem Commons, a limited liability corporation based in Roseland, New Jersey. The seller was identified as 2897 Partners, which acquired the property for $1.2 million in 2024, before the apartments were open.
