A Hanover Township warehouse at 47 S. Commerce Way has been sold for $11.5 million, according to Northampton County records.
The buyer is a limited liability corporation in Rosemont, Illinois, at the address of Brennan Investment Group. The seller was Feed the Children.
Brennan buys, develops and operates industrial properties. Feed the Children is “committed to ending childhood hunger. In the U.S. and around the world, we provide children and families with the food and essentials kids need to grow and thrive,” according to its website.
A real estate ad says the property encompasses about 100,000 square feet. As with any big Lehigh Valley property, the location is touted:
“Located just one mile from Route 22 and only seven miles from Interstate 78, this address offers exceptional accessibility to major regional and interstate corridors. Tenants benefit from proximity to New Jersey (15 miles), Philadelphia (69 miles), and New York City (85 miles) … “
Northampton County recorded the sale on Sept. 24.
