A Wilson Borough warehouse property that’s just under an acre has been sold for $1 million, a gain in value of a quarter-million dollars in a little more than a year.
The 1350 Balata St. property, near Wilson Area High School, was acquired by Precision Property Holdings, based on Adamson Street in Easton.
The previous owner was a limited liability corporation, Adamson Street LLC.
Northampton County recorded the transaction as of Sept. 30. Before that, the most recent sale was in June 2025 for $750,000.
