Hanover Township (the one in Northampton County) says Jacksonville Road will be closed for two weeks for sewer construction.
Detours will begin May 4 and continue through May 18, See the township website for complete details.
Construction of the sewer connection on Hampshire Drive for a development requires the closing, but local traffic to residences will be able to get through.
The detour route covers Orchard Lane, Airport Road and Hanoverville Road.

🚧 Road Closure Notice – Jacksonville Road 🚧
As part of the construction of the new Farmhouse Village Development along Jacksonville Road, the contractor will be connecting the new development to the sanitary sewer located on Hampshire Drive.
This work will require the closure of Jacksonville Road for approximately two (2) weeks.
Expected Start Date: Monday, May 4
Detour Route: Orchard Lane → Airport Road → Hanoverville Road (see posted detour map)
Please avoid the area when possible and plan to use the alternate route.
Local traffic will still be permitted to access residences along Jacksonville Road.
