Amedisys Hospice Care to Close Hanover Township Office But Continue to Serve Bethlehem Area From Allentown

Amedisys Hospice Care will close its Hanover Township (Northampton County) office as of Aug. 1, according to a legal notice from Amedisys.

That move won’t affect any services provided by the company, according to an employee.

The Amedisys Allentown location “will continue to serve all counties that were previously supported by the Bethlehem location,” according to the company. Those counties include Northampton, Lehigh, Schuylkill, Berks and Carbon.

Amedisys refers to its office at 3897 Adler Place in Hanover Township as its Bethlehem office. The company’s designated Allentown location, AseraCare Hospice, is at 7660 Imperial Way in Upper Macungie Township.
