An industrial building in Forks Township was sold for $7 million, according to Northampton County property records.

The 100 Kuebler Road property transaction was recorded June 8, county records say. The buyer was RV Kuebler Road, a limited liability corporation that shares a New York City address with Regal Ventures.

Regal invests in retail properties and “opportunities focused on small bay / flex industrial assets as supply becomes constrained.” The latter description fits the Forks Township property.

The seller was Industrial Lease II PROPCO, another limited liability corporation or LLC. Investors often use LLCs to purchase properties.

Regal’s co-founders are Alex Smith and Joey Cohen.

The 100 Kuebler Road property covers 12.2 acres, with 81,840 gross floor area, according to Northampton County.
